Sexually Transmitted Diseases and AIDs Education

Course focuses on sexually transmitted diseases (STD’S), Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV infection and what schools can do to help young people protect them and stop the spread of STD’S & HIV infection. The following course contain information about the epidemiology of AIDS, STD’S and HIV infection, the threat of STD”S infection to young people, the need for HIV education and policy, considerations for making curriculum and instruction decisions and resources for school officials to use in the fight against the HIV epidemic. New research on AIDS & STD’s prevention, and control of disease also the laws related to HIV Infection and education will be discussed during this course.
